This week I was lucky enough to spend a couple of hours talking to one of the most inspirational people I have the privilege of knowing.
Aarron Zayd Burgin lost his eyesight at a young age but he did not let that stop him from achieving great things. He is a husband, a father, and a jiu-jitsu black belt, all of which are monster feats even with all one's senses in tact.

Aarron Zayd Burgin is a truly remarkable individual. To be able to achieve the rank of black belt in jiu jitsu is a feat reserved only for a very small minority of human beings, but to do so without the sense of sight is nothing short of miraculous. Aaron shared with me his journey through life, from losing his sight at a young age, to finding a larger purpose that drove him forward to achieve not just in martial arts but in life in general.
